Sir I have a query, I was in bps 14 in 2014, after that through proper channel I changed my department and was selected in bs11, my basic pay was 9830 in bps 14, whereas my pay in bps 11 was fixed as 8440. Is it right fixation sir? Kindly reply and oblige.

A permant employee in BS 14(served fo 14 years) was appointed on contract and after 4 years was regularizlsed and served for 17 years in new department on regular basis. Whether hi prdvious service will be counted for retirement benefits. He applied through NOC

AoA I was working in regular scale15 and worked 3 years after three years my basic salary was e.g 29860 and i am selected in regular scale 9 now BS 9 scale basic salary i.e 1st stage is 17700 less then my existing basic scale i.e BS 15 which was 29860 So in this case i will be entitled to get pay protection or not?
