hey man, everyone can like whatever they like, for me, music is all about the way that it makes you feel and the emotions that it transmits. John Frusciante is the artist that has been able to touch and cleanse my soul with his music overall. No other artist will ever get close to him in that level for me, that is why I love him, not because he is some perfect technique virtuoso, but because he has made me feel what I will never feel from anything or anyone else.

@@limoncr5205 It's John becoming older and being out of guitar playing for quite a long time. It will need more concerts and pratice for him to reach the old level again. He can get back there because he's been there before, he knows what to do. But maybe his dedication isn't so high anymore? Can happen after such a long time in the music buisiness. I don't mind much anyway. I'm glad he's back, let's enjoy it as long as we still can. Because I think it's obvious the peppers are in the autumn/winter of their career now.

I think he plays just as good technically. And he said he‘s neverstopped playing or practicing guitar in his time away from the band. I think his latest performances are great but somehow it feels like his soul is not shining through in his solos like it used to. Feels more just like going through the right scales…

@@MobySlick yes they are closer to the end, which is natural. But still, it's much better with him. He's playing good.

@@masterobio616 he is avoiding to expose himself too much as he did in the past, in an extreme way, maybe. But yes, he doesn't look absolutely comfortable. But he didn't seem either in 1999/2000/2001
