Hi David. Cool video. I don't think you could beat the price for the space you get in Blackpool. However, Morecambe also has some great Victorian buildings too that used to be hotels back in the day. I doubt they can beat Blackpool prices though. Always a joy to watch your video's man!

The highstreet commercial estate has to find new purpose, at this point converting to residential spaces or co-working places or workshops isn't a bad thing.

I would like to see a Blackpool of two halves. The cheap and cheerful tacky funfair end, a crossover mixed area as you walk into a more elegant sedate cafe culture style Blackpool at the other end. That way it has something to attract everyone.
