Awww, I’m currently a Kindergarten teacher and I hate that you didn’t get the support that you needed to deal with behavior issues inside of your classroom. That’s half the battle! It breaks my heart every time I see teachers resigning for practically the same reason. I’m pretty good with behavior management which is just my nature. Plus, when I started in the education field, I started out as a para in a Emotional Behavioral self-contained classroom. I learned a lot from that experience😅. It was well worth it though. It’s takes years to get your bearings about yourself in the education field so I definitely understand your need to find something that fits you. Take care of those babies honey and I hope to see you back in the classroom sooner rather than later!

I teach K as well! I inherited a room that was packed full of 30 years of accumulated materials. It's both great and overwhelming! Now, 9 years later, I've spent time this summer really organizing my room because I know what I need and what I don't need. I purged a ton of binders, lol. You have tons of great materials though! Good luck organizing it all!

Year 33 here! 4th grade teacher. Our first child was March 😍. I had baby 2 in August🥵, baby 3 was September🤯, and our 4th was December.😬 The August baby was 28 years ago, so school didn’t start for me until after Labor Day. Now we start mid August. The September baby was the end of month, that was tough! Now I have 4 remarkable adults who help their mom set up her room! Great job and best wishes for baby 4!
