Thank you! I did enjoy the hostel for its price point, location in the downtown area which gives you easy access to things, and it’s a lovely hostel in general. The staff were friendly to me and I enjoyed my stay there

Hello! This is called waterfall garden park and it’s in pioneer square in Seattle. Part of the underground walking tour took us through this section of pioneer square. So we stopped here, because it’s also the location of the first UPS in the USA

She wasn't exaggerating when she said the hills in Seattle were steep i remember when i went to visit Seattle in 2022 from Indianapolis i got lost one night trying to find my hostel(Green Tortoise Hostel) i walked around for over a hour up and down steep hills i thought i would never find the hostel and i might have to stay the night outside i finally managed to find the hostel my legs felt like jello from all the walking around

Yeah those hills are on another level! Especially when you’re lost, going up those hills is just torture. But thankfully you did find the hostel in the end!

If you want a SIM card, and if your phone is able to use one, you can get a eSIM through a company like T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc. or, if your phone carrier is able to, you can purchase an international package for the USA. My phone carrier T-Mobile has an international plan included in my overall phone plan, so internet in other countries is included already. If you can find something like that, that’d work too!

Would you recommend taking the shuttle instead of driving? I heard it’s a 3.5 drive from Miami on the shuttle.

If you’re planning to do a day trip from Miami to Key West and are able to drive or rent a car, I’d recommend you do so. You have more time, flexibility, and ability to go all over the island and stay a bit longer. But if you’re not able to do that or don’t want to, then doing a day trip through a tour company is a good option too.

I didn’t bring my own alcoholic drink but I did bring my own snacks and water. If you don’t bring anything, there’s food and snacks sold there on site

I just wanted to ensure that you knew what type of drink I brought with me, as in the past I’ve been asked about the alcoholic beverages before. But I can only speak for myself and not anyone else. They really didn’t check any bags so if you decide to bring alcohol, do so at your own risk lol. I can imagine due to the lighting of the lanterns and whatnot, it’s just safer not to have it on the premise.
