Bro you share so much wisdom in your videos that it makes me fear losing it... It's a shame that most people can't accept the truth the way it is and search for tricks that can solve problems they don't want to face head on...
@Forged885 сағат бұрын
Ideals & fear hold them back from acceptinf truth. But once they see it or feel it or hear it they can never put a complete blindfold on it again. Truth most of the times always need to be sugar coated to be plausible, cherry pick what is bearable and discard or change the narratove of what is unbearable

I know a lot of people may also share the same tale but I loved a girl for years with all my heart, faith and devotion, and she threw it all away for a pathetic attachment to an ex. I shut myself out from the world and just poured myself into my work and any material gain that I can find, because it was certain, it was loyal and it was in my control. It’s not that i didn’t care, it’s that I care too much. I’m working on it though, and it was great to have this video as a mirror that tells you what the silence cannot at times

Sometimes I perform kind acts under common courtesy with no expectation of return. Treating acts of kindness as an investment to cash out later then it's just you being a "nice guy" hoping to get something out later.

It's fun in a way and feels good to have a father masculine voice there to provide a sense of stability whilest changing it up, even if it's not compatible with what i see as the mindset i want to have. It's why i continue to work in education and coaching. The safest and most productive place for my connection, caring and empathy is with adolescents. They are motivated by it and inspired by it and grow themselves. Versus the world and women who often view it as weakness.

No one thing you do, including walking away, is guaranteed to have some magical result. Outcomes always depend on multiple factors. At the end of the day, you have to decide if that’s the best decision for you regardless of how the other person responds.

Men can't take responsibilities for what they do not control. You cannot be a "leader" without the tools of authority. Right now, men have none. Of course you may argue that we don't need that, we have to "earn" respect to be a leader... But why should we have to earn it? We gain nothing in return. At least not anything comparable to the effort and the struggle. The law does not protect a man as a leader. It only protects the "weak", while piling responsibility and accountability on the "strong". Not wanting to be a "parent" for a grown person with the same rights and freedoms as me is perfectly logical. That is why so many men chose to go their own way, they don't want to play the rigged game that society is trying to pull them in. The game in which they are responsible for a lot of things, and have little rights to what they are responsible for.

Making kindness a conscious choice is a big one. People pleasers are notoriously guilty of not being able to do this. Ironically it's a great catalyst for killing off the people pleaser in you when your kindness is not reciprocated, but you're also correct that it's a path to cold-heartedness. I have to admit I've become quite cold. Now I'm extremely wary of being kind, where I never used to be before, though I've been betrayed A LOT in my life, sometimes because I was too kind and didn't have dignity, others just because that's the card I was dealt (family betrayals). I don't expect people to reciprocate my kindness, but I do expect them to leave me alone after that. Honestly, it all seems to work much better, including being cold. Thank you for sharing, as always 🙏

Kindness has different outcomes depending on the society. If your society is moralistic and virtuous. Then kindness will be rewarded but if your society is individualistic and competitive (decadent as well). Your kindness will be taken advantage of.

Not at all some people do acts of kindness to receive but that’s deceptive. Why not just request what it is you want to begin with? No you have to butter someone up. It wouldn’t surprise me if most individuals sense this from more than 20 paces. But I’m never disappointed I do acts of kindness because I want to. I have no intentions towards being repaid not to sound condescending but what can an individual in need do for a person offering assistance? Not too much. They’re still helping themselves. And kindness is an act of giving not all gifts are gift wrapped. Some acts of kindness are pretty brutal from my experience but in the end it leaves you better.
