#1.. seriously? I don't even consider this a point and shoot list. There is only one in that category and it's in last place. I'm just here to lament that Canon dropped the IXUS series with the flush square brick body. If it's not flush, it's not going into my pocket.

The s9 ends up being too bulky for travel once you pair it with Panasonic’s lenses. Same story for the r7, canon has very limited selection of decent apsc glass, yes you can use their huge full frame lenses and end up with a compact travel set-up right? I would rather have an xt5 or xs20 there, they are tiny, powerful, and have compact lenses, and of course if you have dentist’s salary you can own a Leica q3

Sorry, but do you have a video about m200? I don't know what to choose between r50 and m200 because I want a camera for traveling and I feel like r50 would be bit too big and heavy but I don't have money for anything else other than these 2😢

I usually love your videos but can’t agree with you on this one. Travel cameras are suppose to be light weight and small in size, most of these cameras are neither. Sony R1007 & Canon R50 definitely are travel cameras & LUMIX s9 is a maybe but only with the 28mm, with other lenses it becomes bulky again.

Xs20 and xt50 are also a great option for lightweight APSC camera. Combine with sigma 18-50mm f2.8, these are quite light and capable setup

Good list. Hope we have more competitors coming for the fuji x100v and ricoh gr line of cameras. The price gouging and artificial scarcity needs to stop.

I know everyone wants to talk about later cameras, but I think the Canon M6II deserves a spot here. With that 22mm f2 pancake lens and 32mgpx it basically fits in your pocket.

Incredible List!! Can't believe the Sony ZV1 isn't listed.. Im so blown away by its capacity to capture Full HD 240p Videos and its Log profiles!! Also, I shot so many incredible portraits on it! I even prefer using it over my Canon R6 from time to time!!! Enjoy your day!!

I would always recommend buying used for your first camera, just be sure to get it from a reputable store like mpb or keh.

I wish I found your video earlier, very informative. I was dumb enough to buy GH5 (MFT), and I planned to use this for green screen spokesman videos and other content, but the crop sensor makes it very difficult to shoot in small environments (such as apartments).

Great roundup! I’m narrowed down my search to the Ricoh’s and the Sony RX 100 MVII. My girlfriend has had the original RX100MI since its release and it still works flawlessly. My problem is is the times when I want a 28 and times I’ll want a 40. Yes, I’ll probably end up getting the Sony by default. I would love if Ricoh would pop even a moderate zoom lens on that camera, it would be heaven!
