Jack can say whatever the hell he wants but I guarantee you he's freaking lying to, I do find it hilarious how people actually think Dan has a gold coin collection when what Jack was saying was Dan made more money doing less than the people that were doing more and making less money, literally that's all it was but of course now he has a gold coin collection, because the public takes everything every grain of salt they can freaking put their hands on😅😅😅😅 oh and apparently Dan has a shotgun too and he used to pull it on all of his writers, oh I also heard he was the second gunman on the grassy knoll. Heard it on the internet so you know it's real!! Oh yeah and he also is in full support of Israel and apparently today Disney hired him, to revive their entire channel, heard that on the net too, ya ya quote me dog, you know I knows what it is, I get all my spilled tea from the internet, no proof needed son😅😅😅😅😅

We can't just sweep this under the rug & 'leave it in the past' - and the excuse that it was 'acceptable back then' is ridiculous; slavery was 'acceptable'at one time too - and that makes it no less abhorrent. One important thing to keep in mind, though, is the fact that Judy was 15 when this film was being made - she had literally NO say in her career, let alone her personal life - she was a puppet of the studio & her handlers and was fed pills to get up in the morning and go to bed at night; it's public knowledge what the results of her early years as a pawn in the studio system led to later in life.

And movies like that are unfortunately not even made anymore because DVD sales are no longer a factor. Matt Damon went into great detail about this on Hot Ones. Movies like this used to get made much more often because producers knew that while they might not do well at the theater, they could bank off of the DVD sales later for the niche markets that the films were made for. Now with DVD’s no longer being a factor, they don’t risk the money of making these films and only make white bread, big budget movies that can be appealing to the masses (or China). It’s really sad. There needs to be some kind of incentive for producers/studios so that these films can be made again.

Good stuff for a time traveler scifi movie where the politically correct police squad go back in time and arrest all persons violating current day norms only to find they disrupt events to the point of changing who gets born and what events happen in history from the butterfly effect.

Really, is this clip being dragged up yet again? This is actually getting rather boring. If this was filmed today, I would agree that it was inappropriate and offensive. The filming of this sequence though actually took place in 1937, 87 years ago! Minstrels shows were not only widely deemed acceptable, they were a very popular form of entertainment and continued to be for some time after. To try and apply the sensibilities of today on something that was made nearly a century ago is simply nonsense. It would simply not have occurred to any of the individuals concerned that they were doing anything wrong because this was the culture that they were bought up in.. Some people argue that Garland was just a child and did not have agency over what she did and indeed this is all true, but it still misses the main point this was just they way the world was then. In these enlightened times, I share the view that blackface is inappropriate, but let’s stop looking back in history to find things to get indignant and offended about. Surely there are enough horrors happening in the world today that we can focus our attention on and do something about!

I know the reason why Alexander Gould doesn’t voice Nemo anymore. It’s because of the release time difference of 13 years. Because of this massive gap, Gould couldn’t capture the essence of Nemo anymore, and in the movie, Hayden Rolence, the new voice actor of Nemo, captured the essence the same way that Gould did. And also Gould got too old. Hope this helps!😊
