yes we pre vaccum then on top of that a big truckmount with a big blower will extract everything as well and dry up the carpet in 2hrs

Got raise that wand, chop the wall edge with steam. Plastic wands weigh less than metal wands but don't get to the wall.

our steam process doesn’t do that and carpet dry in 3 hrs customers state that after we clean their carpet they dont see any dust on filters for couple weeks

To those who paid someone and they didn't deliver b4 u pay ask what pre treatments they use! That makes a difference also you should invest in a shampooer to do yourself but still pay a professional 3 to no less than twice a year to steam clean your carpet that way this doesn't happen and the members of your household will be sick alot less

My carpet wasn’t half this bad and when the cleaners finished it didn’t even look all that different. Most people act or don’t invest into removing big stains. Wish every company was this dedicated to removing stains cause this work is incredible

it also depends on what a customer wants to spend i get people with rugs like this say for 5 rms and they think 140.00 should be enough, good chemicals cost a lot of money.

Not really. They're industrial. Your best bet is something like the Dupray Neat or the more powerful (and expensive) Dupray One Plus for domestic cleaning. They're not extractors but they can steam your carpets. Only other option is using a Vax Platinum or a Bissell carpet cleaner.
