The Supreme Court says it is minimally intrusive and ok for the overall common good (something like that) but what does your license and registration have anything to do with whether or not you are sober. If they are checking IDs now its more of an ID check which is illegal (unless a murderer in the area)

Trials made by lynchers well into the late 1980s where black men end up in death row despite their innocent. It's not a system, it literally is nothing but cinema, and it's a travesty. The problem is that now, with the help of the media, even countries with the Roman state are creating similar situations. Judges' power and privileges should be well reduced, and strictly limited. Juries make no sense whatsoever, regular people can be manipulated emotionally, and many trials end up letting abusers go because they simply don't like the victim in whatever fashion.
