If it doesn't feel like Star Wars, I have a suggestion for you: Watch only Star Wars, Empire, and ROTJ from before the 1997 special additions, and also watch Rogue One, and no other Star Wars media. Andor belongs in the aforementioned "orthodox" cannon because it believes in the vision of Star Wars that made it successful in the first place, when it was a group effort and a labour of love. There is attention to detail and subtlety, expertly crafted weaving narratives, compelling characters in every scene, and a gritty realism where any character could die at any point in the story. It is a masterpiece, as are the originals in their original form, as is Rogue One. Forget about the rest, and it fits in beautifully. "You must unlearn what you have learned..."
