Poor child. I feel awful for her. It's like today with Covid. People refuse to get vaccinated, and people die. It is ridiculous, and I hope your child feels better. If people got vaccinated, we would be fine. same with whooping cough. It's horrid isn't it?

with all due respect, it still does not justify "vaccination". I honestly wish she is and will be alright in the future but look at that - she was immunized but still got that infection. Now we may speculate - what could HAVE happened if she hasn't been immunized - could it be even worse or may be better - who knows? On the other hand - can you share what is her overall health? So many young children nowadays who have all sorts of allergies, have their tonsils removed, have problems with teeth, eyes, etc. Not to mention Autism which has a (disputable) connection to vaccination. Does she have any other medical problems apart from this one? It would make sense to make a "vaccine" that, while protecting (to some extend) from an infection at the same time inhibit human's natural immune system to make one more vulnerable for other "minor" issues - asthma, allergy, skin problems, etc etc. It just endless cash flow for the whole medicine industry. Imagine if someone invented a pill that would protect a human from all diseases. You take one pill and you are health person for the rest of your life. Think about - would such pill ever be produced and made available to everyone??

Thank you for sharing the experience. I can only imagine how much of an emotional struggle that was! I hope to Goddess that the little one fully healed! My son is not that gasping yet consistently coughing. They refuse to test for whooping cough and I’m trying to research it myself.

This only shows your child was vaccinated but still got pertussis. Vaccinations or not your child can still get sick. What did it prevent?

Was she asleep when it happens because if it was how would you guys hear it because if it was me then my parents wouldn't be able to hear it and no their not deaf.

This is exactly what I was told yesterday at the hospital. This is how my little one is coughing. Not as severe, but the whoop is there. The doctor said, she is immunized so it won’t be whooping cough. I said, I just watched several videos on you tube , one where an actual doctor said immunization prevent only 80 percent. The rest get it. Only then did he give me meds for her. No swab offered. Do they think we are making things up? We know when it is not a normal cough. Thank you for your video. I had whooping cough 30 years ago. I thought I was going to die each coughing episode as my thought closed completely. Scary.

Thank you for posting this video. My daughter's cousin was just diagnosed with whooping cough. In the middle of the night my daughter started coughing. Listening to your little one helped me to be sure whether my daughter has it. Glad to hear your little one is doing much better.

I am studying for immunization administration certification and attempting to re-familiarize myself with the childhood diseases which vaccines have virtually eliminated, or dramatically decreased in my lifetime. (In the case of smallpox, wiped off the face of the earth.) It sounds as if the main detractors against immunizations are 'afraid' of autism. While brain disorders like autism are not widely understood, knowledge about immunology has certainly been available for a long time. I am thankful the parents shared this video about their ill daughter with whooping cough. I do recall some 30 years ago when I had small children that an ill child was a parent's nightmare.

Oh, your poor little girl. I had that as a kid and even as an adult, I will now still do this with a bad cough. It's SO awful that your poor little girl got infected - I hate that idiotic attitude that some doctors have. I had damn measles after being vaccinated, in fact. and it put me in the hospital. My parents didn't vaccinate me against whooping cough, this was the late 70s, and yeah both my sister and I both caught it. I am so glad your little one recovered... The fact that idiots are still spouting antivax BS on your comments is disgusting - as is the idea that autism is less preferable than potential death, brain damage, deafness, limb loss, blindness etc. The worst bit is that I saw an article about one antivaxxer let all three of her kids get whooping cough - then refused to give them antibiotics so they would "get a proper immunity" to it. I was just stunned. They were sick for months and she was all full of how it was a huge sacrifice but it was the right decision. I just can't understand how people can do that.
