Awesome....genius. Meticulously crafted. Much better if you mount it to a fatbike. Amazing skill 🎉

For your next project take a catfish from the water of Chernobyl and make it non-radioactive then have a big fish fry invite all your friends. SERIOUSLY DUDE !?!? With all that money that you invested to buy that lathe and all the tools you have you could have had one of those new electric bicycles or a 250cc Scooter

I'd be willing to bet that you did a lot better job fabricating this bike than 99 percent of these choppers you see out on the road. Orange County Choppers could learn a lot from you. Great job!

Jeezuz,Christ. The most overly complicated way to get a 45cc 2-stroke engine into a bike. Wtf, all that gearing. So unnecessary. Motor to original peddle sprocket, then smaller fixed cog (on same side sprocket), then chain to geared hub. Done. Or to a 5 speed rear wheel sprocket climber.

Nice job. Stop with tack welding It's not strong enough. Tac weld is basically a cold weld It's for keeping things in place before you weld them. Besides a bunch of tag welds in a row it's just ugly and it makes it look like you don't know how to weld which you don't. Sorry for being a truthful.

I built my first motorcycle when I was 11, I'm 78 now and still riding a motorcycle. Bought a Whizzer engine in an apple crate and used a Schwin knee action bicycle. Rode the wheels off that thing. Great job on your build. It's obvious you put a lot of thought into it. Your mechanical aptitude shines throughout. Wish you a lot of luck with your future. Ride on!

😮👍👏👏👏 Really great , both as idea, and realization. The result is so interesting, that I would notice a lil' particular, at least to me, "unfitting" with such a good work, that is the brakes kind: being you so good as you showed in the vid, and having built a bike capable to reach 45 kph, I think that with a small work more you could replace those old kind brakes with the typical mountainbike kind, with its way more efficient leverage system, and a way more reliable and safe braking.

Stunning build by the way! The level of detail is amazing. I would build it the same way, except I would rig up a slightly larger engine (4-8hp) and then put on a mini turbo with a mini intercooler and oil cooler with a self-contained oil pump and cooler. Maybe even rig up an inverter with a small lithium Ion batt pack powered an in hub electric motor in the front wheel. Plus add a small bank of "Super Capacitors" that would store energy to be used as an electrical form of nitrous. It would most assuredly have a boost button on the handle bar or even on the frame, hidden. Your build is epic though! I love how solid you made everything on that bike. Just needs some mountain bike (or rock hopper) style suspension and that thing would amazing off-road as well. Great work sir! Definitely subscribing after that video.

Yeah he did a cute job. But it's stupid for the average guy, with the amount of money you'd spend on tools and equipment to do the job you could actually buy cheaper a good small dual purpose motorcycle ready to go that's faster and has a real gas tank that holds enough fuel to get you there and back 😅

Amazing work. Did you wear out the grinder? Now you need to add back the pedals to make it legal as a motorized bike in the USA. Need to change that motor to a 4 stroke also.
