That question of: “what am I fighting for? & what am I up against?” **chefs kiss‼️** Here’s some time stamps that either had me kee-keeing or hit me like a ton of bricks: 18:30 🤣 … 21:26 “that version of you was needed”, humbling !

This is one of my absolute favorite KZfaq channels. I always feel uplifted after listening. The word you were looking for was complacency. Sometimes a word is at the top of my tongue too, 😅. Great conversation!

STFU this not the meaning of dharma. In addition, it is impossible to explain what is dharma fully in english language. Dharma itself is so complex you'll need a hour long video to explain it

I can relate..it is hard being the peace keeper and sometimes takes away from our peace. I experience that too sometimes. Sometimes we have to let others keep their own peace. I would share one of the things I like to say to the grass is greener search-- the grass is greener means we look for new /better pastures, but then we make a move or make a change it is not greener. The truth is the grass is greener where you water it. Staying present and making the best choices where you are.

Enjoyed this so much.. right in alignment with this book I literally just started to read.. I got it from the thrift store but it’s by Elizabeth Gilbert called Big Magic, literally I’m only 20 pages in and this is exactly what’s going on in the book.. listening to this definitely helped and confirmed I’m on the right path.. thank you for sharing

This was very enlightening and encouraging and reminded me that radical changes aren’t always “grand” in the sense that we’ve been conditioned to believe grandiosity is. “Small” change can be “grand.” They’re subjective words placed on us. I’m learning to trust myself more and validate myself and be okay with being seen and not perfect.

We’re all cogged machines in an outdated system. boss up out of survival mode, into something higher, rocky transition but surivival mode is playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes. Training myself to understand I’m ready for more, and to level up, it’s a privilege to do so

That was such a good point to bring up about being okay with feeling negative feelings. I think that is what makes being human real since life is meant to be a rollercoaster.

I resonate with this so much and I have traced it back to how I grew up and how this scarcity mindset has manifest itself in my life. I actually find myself either afraid to spend over spend. It's almost like you become accustomed to being in survival mode. Working on healing from this daily!
