Once you've got holes drilled it's easy to exchange the humid air inside the window using a hoover on one of the holes. Do it when the air is very low humidity.

First time visiting your channel. My only concern with your “dangerous” stove is the fact there isn’t a heat baffle, all the SOTO butane gas stoves I own have a heat baffle, if one is using a large frying pan for example it’s possible too much heat could build up near the gas canister. What is the make of that stove?

No fumes as it burns the gas & paraffin or kerosene. Only a slight whiff on start up & shut down. 🤠🏚️
