The announcer sounds similar to the “Rich Milk” animatronic at the northeastern grocery store chain “Stew Leonard’s” that has animatronics throughout the store. They have a video up from 2020 of the show on their official KZfaq, in my opinion when he says “WELCOME!” It sounds the most similar
