The only way to burn fat anywhere is burn more calories than you consume. You can do your little chair dances all day long but if youre in a caloric surplus then youre not going to burn fat

You're a complete fraud if you're claiming this workout or any workout targets belly fat. You may have gotten away with that in the 80s bit anyone who isn't a boomer knows that was a boomer myth today. There's no such thing as targeting fat in specific areas.

Can you tell me how did it feel to tuch it, to grab it? Like im losing my mind is it fat is it loose skin, what is it, will it go away… it is making me insane everyday. Im looking at myself all day full day. Making me emotional.. I am bloated and a little bit constipated at this time, i pinch my belly my little belly with my arm. I have been doing this workout 5x a week for the last 3 to 4 weeks with the advanced level, and tried eating healthy, but I didn't lose anything and my calves seem bigger. Is it normal ? This is the sweatiest most comprehensive workout ever, you need to try it if sceptical. Your arms get burned, your legs get burned and your belly gets burned, all while burning fat. I was in a workout rut and am so glad I tried Adrian's exercises! The chair burpees are deceptive, though I am overweight so as I lose they might get easier. Thanks Adrian!
