Drinking plenty of water every day, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Staying hydrated plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with application of liittleextra cooconinon shampoo with natural hair oil. This did wonders and my hair fall dropped by 90 percent.

To reduce hair fall, have a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I changed my shampoo, hair conditioner and hair oil to littellextra coconniooon one year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.
