Dah buat hari ni…….amboii Sedapppp gilerrrr!!!!!!!! At first i was abit skeptical about the mint and yogurt cause thts not how i use to make kurma curry, but i decided to giv it a try cause it looks sooo good! lo and behold, ill nvr eat my korma like i use to again…..!! Betul….DO NOT SKIP THE YOGURT. It goes rly well with the mint and makes complete sense, makes the curry sooo thick and rich too!!!! Much Love from Penang as well! Keep up the great contents!! Cant wait to try the rest!

That is so good to hear… this is a typical Penang peranakan punya cara to cook kurma kambing. Yes never skip the yogurt and daun ketumbar. Try my udang rempah pulau pinang ! You will love it !

Saya dah cuba resepi ini. Tp utk sukatan santan 140g. Doh saya jd agak lembik. So saya tambah tepung lebih utk dptkan doh yg sesuai. Utk bancuhan yg kali kedua saya isi santan bertahap, dan santan ada lebih byk.

Tak sepatutnya jadi begitu sebab dah terlalu ramai orang cuba resepi ini (sila lihat komen komen dlm ni) santan sepatutnya dlm 130-140 saja. Sukatan dia memang InsyaAllah tepat - santan dlm 130-140 g kalau margin of error untuk tepung dlm 5%. Ratio tepung dan cecair (termasuk telur kuning) untuk resepi ini tak memungkinkan dia jadi terlalu lembik atau terlalu keras. Awak ada tersilap sukat tak?

Kalau gred b, turun tepung jadi 100g sudah …. Jangan lebih tepung nanti keras. Kalau tak nak kurang tepung, tambah kan satu biji telur lagi. Ingat, kalau terlebih tepung, bahulu akan keras sangat.

Ohhh that id nice. Heat too high but the crack will disappear once the tart cool off

Tq. I just finished baking the first batch .. it turn out to be lovely...but i am not sure it beacause of the temperature or what. The tart crack a bit. But still it smell heavenly 😊 my husband said he can smell the pineapple tart from the backyard 😂.. tq so much.

Btw. .. just to confirm ... is this how we do it ...the first 24 minutes 170° c middle rack bottom heat and last 5 minutes 190° c top heat...
