i'm thinking of picking this up along with the new boarding actions book. I recently got into the hobby and this looks a bit more accessible for playing at first than full fat 40k. Can this terrain be used with kill team games too?

The camera is so out of focus that it makes me seem normal when I haven't taken my ADHD meds. And it's a shame cuz your miniatures and scenery look really good in the few frames where I can actually make out some detail.

Drop one unit back to support your own city with the guard. Control nova Station as soon as possible to enable you to fight from a defensive position. Let the enemy weaken each other and strike out to pick off the weakened victor. Use one marine unit to do each of those 3 things.

Bro having bikes indoors is just 40k. It's a stupid, ridiculous idea but damn it they are doing it anyway. Also great game! Watched the whole thing, lots of carnage. A great battle report! The transition snaps were very cool.

Maybe just have the Biker 'Counts As...' a Terminator? Would make it legal, stats-wise, while still keeping the visual. [& the base size is still both Bonus & Malus as regards how many Enemy models you can be Engaged with.]

BTW- you've done amazing to build and paint it so quick, took me frigging ages!

Quick tip- make sure you mask off all the contact points on the walls before you prime it. There's zero tolerance and if you don't mask them they won't fit.👍👍

Props man. Almost finnished painting my command edition after a year and a half With no playing. This is helping so much to get the basis rules down and to get some friends going with it. Too bad 10th edition is on is way 😞

I think if someone makes their own models and prints them (even if they make on their own a 1:1 replica of GW stuff) its okay But selling and distributing STL files should be a no no

Daealis has a channel on KZfaq. They're incredibly talented and model some of the big centrepiece figures directly from GW's own promotional shots. It's amazing to watch.

I think 3d printing models close to GWs is fine as long as youre not selling or commercializing them of course what GW thinks of thaf would be another matter but personally id have no issues with someone having printed parts or even models

The Void Dragon model is out there. It's definitely a 1:1 copy, or pretty damn close to it. The modeller who did it has a lot of 1:1 necron sculpts.

Printy Boiz!! Unite!!! also the titan you saw with the crab legs is from The Makers Cult they do alot of great stuff they also done the Arstates model that came up two or three times in the thread :-) Oh yeah I also print all my stuff at .03 layer level it makes a massive difference atm I am printing off a proxy of the Spartan Assault Tank and not a layer line in sight!
