It’s an ok watch especially for someone who’s not into watches. The hands are the only thing of note and look awesome with the bright white paint. Bezel action is the worst I’ve ever experienced, sloppy and weak. Cage number is extremely cringe but not to not too noticeable. Case shape has nothing of note to offer, it’s a cylinder with two strap relief cuts and kinda mate finish that’s it. It woulda looked better with 22mm lugs imho. Honestly if you like it you like it but it is inferior to any seiko in the same price category (king turtle as an example) I do appreciate the sapphire crystal though.

Have two. Carry as emergency and rescue tool. One is sewn out of sight on the bottom part on my waist bag within easy reach. That's for daily city commute. Another is horisontally on the belt to walk the dogs. Inconspicuous, fast, excellent control, efficient.

Does it still give you a niccotine buzz? Ordered my first 3 cans and one is apricot. Can't wait to try it! I'm a seasoned pipe & tobacco smoker.

I thought carrying a challenge/worry stone was different but I like the silver idea. Some will spend $35+ on a challenge coin or something. But what’s the price of silver? Sub $20? You got a coin, fidget, and currency all in one. Like your perspective and cool edc!

I dig the watch. Why you would carry silver and a pair of dice on you daily is beyond me though.

I also use my edc mainly for household projects, my SAK and flashlight get a workout most days. I'm glad to know the wristwatch is making a comeback , i myself have worn a watch and carried a knife since i was about 10 yrs old, nice video .. RGW in NC

These nibs are not designed to flex. Yes, you can flex them but there will be skipping as in the video.

Thanks for the video - not many about this watch. I also have the no date LSA, which was a daily wear until... I recently got the new variant (date model) made with a titanium/marbled carbon fiber case and a basket weave patterned carbon fiber face. Check them out on the CC site - still available at the time of this comment, but will be gone very soon. Maratac watches are some of the best bang for you buck out there period. I own 10 of them, and I’ve had zero issues. The LSA’s might be my favorites of all of them, and they are a very nice homage to the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms.

You can’t “ruin” the rubber seals (o-rings) as described. The rubber gaskets can’t expand or contrast fast enough. It’s a rather long explanation but the moral of it is be mindful of extreme or rapid variations of temp/dew-point contrasts. Also, that’s a g10 style single pass nato strap. Bought an mwc that has the same specs for 150 bucks but love county comm and maratak watches. Your eyes adjust and are fully adjusted in the morning but certain colors are better for night adjusted vision than others. Thank you for sharing.

Trivia: Did you know that to determine what the number is on the opposite side of the dice, the two numbers always add up to 7. So if you are looking at the top of the dice and it's 5, then on the bottom, it's 2.

I have a Maxpedition Lunada, that I've had for gosh, maybe 10 years plus now. It's a sling bag, with an auxillary strap on the opposite side of the main strap that keeps the bag more stable.

Have you tried snuff made out of "nicotiana rustica" tobacco? or Brazilian tobacco/Mapacho? has a much higher nicotine level and has MAO inhibitor properties as well as nicotine. I ordered a small amount of it with my normal snuff, its called "Rusty nail"

I am switching over to snuff, and im trying to switch over ASAP, but my country, Canada, doesnt seem to have snuff available in my city, i think it might have to do with Canadian law and this new "unsmoke canada" program theyre pushing. the only snuff i can find is a really expensive snuff in a big city near by. thx to "covid"+lockdowns+the ignorance of "health canada" - i have to order snuff from UK, which could take 8 weeks to arrive, i could be dead from lung cancer by then cause of cigarettes but thats canada for you. this is 1 of many examples where they make something safer harder to get while leaving dangerous substances readily available, its really frustrating, especially considering they push these regulations under the guise of "safety". anyways, i look forward to trying my snuff when it arrives (you can tell im anxious cause im watching YT vids about snuff lol)

Thank you buddy, I love smokeless tobacco products. Love the mild elegant buzz and aromas that come along with it. Especially when you have a couple drinks it makes the nerves dance a little! A little bit? I quit smoking using snuff. A single cigarette ground to a fine powder will carry a 20-30 a day smoker for several full days to a week. Get a pepper grinder that you can adjust, and make something to rotate it, slowly, for a very long time. A cheap brushless motor will work, make a wooden caddy and clamp to hold it inverted and use a band to drive it. I tried buying coffee grinders, herb grinders, wasted so much money and ultimately $2 pepper grinders with adjustable tips and a home rig does a vastly superior job.
