Adam is a great, blazoning, drummer. Notwithstanding his work with sticks her , his brushwork is almost the best there is. However (and I am a drummer myself and a huge fan of Adam's) what maks me smile here are: Richie's outside phrases which go perfectly together with his sense of swing; and Heller's (of WDR's prominence) keeping up with Adam's bass drum runs. I enjoied the video very much, even though the sound recording is quite unbalanced.

Fünf Top-Musiker, die auf einander hören und respektvoll miteinander musizieren. Ganz selbstverständlich gibt jeder dem anderen Raum und Unterstützung und gemeinsam schaffen sie diese absolut hörenswerte Musik. Sehr, sehr fein!

I love to see the audience tapping their feet to the music instead of random shots of young people with their arms folded or yawning. I seen that with a Chris Potter concert and wanted to strangle those people lol.

WOW What a tight swinging group. The intro by the pianist kicked it off into high gear and each soloist was superb backed by terrific bass and drums
