My left set of my face from eye and ear are technically 3/8 higher than my left new ones asymmetrical and the progressive lenses has to be quite precise on the fit in the placement of the glasses on my face so if my ear is higher than one ear along with the eye higher it’s never gonna sit flat on a table like that for the temples so that is incorrect no one’s symmetrical. Never address adjust your own glasses bring them back to Optometrist to adjust accordingly!

Great video! My glasses are brand new and do not sit even when on a flat service and when they’re upside down, so I know the temple arms at the hinges were made slightly crooked, what should I do? I feel like asking for a new pair because I hate the idea of having new glasses bent just because they were made crooked.

I'd rather have the temple adjusted laterally to fit tighter to my skull; your type of adjustment doesn't allow them to fit in their case once you've angled it behind the ear
