Nice, but idk if that chicken is cooked.

I mean.. Cooking is a valuable skill. I dont want to come off as discouraging because I want to be encouraging. The cucumber if you want it to be a vehicle of flavor has to reduce, its a lot easier if its sliced thinner. You do that first but leave it in as you cook the chicken. If you intend to slice the chicken or shred it, why not do that first? Then you increase the surface area of the chicken so it cooks faster and more it is being marinated in this cucumber flavor. The rice, put it in first. Put your thumb on top of the rice and add water to the first knuckle. Bring it to a boil and then let it simmer until the rice has soaked up all of the water. Just a few things. But keep it up.
