The fact you have to do all this extra bullshit in mastercam is why i cant stand mastercam. Other softwares, you pick the surface, and the tool follows the edges of the surface. it doesnt have to be this hard. mastercam is supposedly the worlds premier cnc software but i promise you its more of a pain in the ass than anything.

as i know, haas use different way to peck tap. check it out on haas channel.

Chao Ban. Ban cho hoi ti nhe, lam sao ban set up stock ma no mo phong chi tiet roi tool chay ra no cho thay lan cat tren chi tiet luon, looks cool. Toi set up stock click solid khi chay tool thi chi thay tool di chuyen thoi nhung ko thay lan cat tren solid part. Thank you Ban nhieu

Although you didn't want to open your mouth, I already learned from there 85% thank you anyway bro. I didn't get why 2nd toolpath mastercam alarm not allowed you directly click curve on model that you had to make Roll copy command. And last one allow u click on curve without Roll again??? Thank you

In mastercam you can sketch, poject sketch onto a cylinder, then using fence to create surfaces. In solidworks you can use Wrap, in NX you can use global shaping.. etc
