Good one. But this isn't Gherkins, they are mini cucumbers. Gherkins are tiny and when they are ripe they become red inside.

A good simple tasty way to make bulgur, once the water has been absorbed we like to take it off the heat and leave it for 10 minutes with the lid on the pan as for us this seems to improve the results from just serving straight away. I also like to sneak in afew knobs of butter and melt them into the bulgur. Thanks for the video, great way to show how simple it is to make some fine tasty bulgur, Take care, God bless one and all.

Easier way: blend grapes don't strain. Add sugar in pan with grape few drops lemon juice easy done
