You forgot that your company screwed up HEAP payments, causing people's bank accounts to go into the negative, including people like myself surviving on Disability, by taking money out of our accounts WITH NO NOTICE ANYWHERE. When a check is cleared and sits in an account for a week, taking it back without notice of the reason can cause something called undue hardship, which can and likely will bring a Class Action Lawsuit to your company.
