There was a psak released by a well respective rav that the coating is nifsal meachila as it is totally burnt black. Furthermore, the pan undergoes libun kal after the coating was put on. The psak concludes that no kashering on such a pan is needed.

I BUY glutton and add it to my bread recipes. There is nothing wrong with glutton UNLESS you are ALLERGIC to it, (5-10% of the population). There is nothing wrong with MSG either. It has gotten the same bad rap as glutton...UNLESS your experience is for the lack of experience in its use. Industry is so manipulative it should be criminal. Throughout the ages, until very recently, mothers chewed the food and fed it to their babies... many in the world still do. I do not like a sauce that bleeds water into my plate around the pasta. It should be thick and somewhat unwilling to leave the ladle. Do not add water, instead add tomato paste to the tomato sauce and reduce it.... Bye

Recipe: INGREDIENTS: About 2 cups Gefen Confectioners' Sugar 1 tablespoon oil splash of Gefen Vanilla About 1/2 cup of boiling hot water DIRECTIONS: 1. In a large bowl, add oil and vanilla (or flavoring of your choice) to the confectioners' sugar. 2. Add a few tablespoons of the water and stir the glaze with a spoon until combined, pressing clumps against the side of the bowl to break them up. 3. Add confectioners' sugar or water a little at a time as needed, until desired consistency is reached. Glaze should be thick and viscous, not easily pourable, while still remaining pliable. 4. Pipe onto cake and bang carefully on a countertop to let the glaze run down slowly.

I am half Italian and the sauce is not a cake! Yes, you can put some sugar/honey not together because will be taste like sweet sauce. The meat ball yes, we do like that but not to much eggs. To make flufy we put bread soacked with water (milk, but is not kosher so you can use water). And finally spaghetti meat ball is Italian /american invention. In Italy we eat separately. We make a good sauce and put in the spaghetti and another pan we prepare the sauce with the meat ball and you can eat with bread or some veggie! Before we put together, we fried the meat ball first and put in the during cooking time in your sauce. Bye

This is totally ridiculous. Nowadays modern dishware does not absorb. Therefore there is no issue of kashering. Many poskim know this but keep quiet because of intimidation.
@happypiano481010 күн бұрын
We generally rule based on the material of the vessel as well as its construction. This is a good safety fence, and it makes it much easier to discern whether any given vessel will be definitively kosher / kasherable.
@dovygoodguy129610 күн бұрын
@@happypiano4810 This really isn't relevant. The halachas pertaining to absorption either do or do not apply. One cannot invent new rabbinic fences at a whim. The fact is the halachas do not apply and all the discussion today including Pesach are simply imaginary.
@happypiano481010 күн бұрын
@@dovygoodguy1296It’s not a new invention. The idea that certain materials can’t be kashered is very very old. To say “In our modern times, dishware is different, so we remove the blanket prohibition from it”, that would be new. We do things like that sometimes, but not here.
@dovygoodguy129610 күн бұрын
@@happypiano4810 For heaven's sake. There is no issue of absorption in halacha. THERE IS ONLY AN ISSUE of absorption in CERTAIN MATERIALS. You guys invent derabbanans after Chazal. That's a different religion then the religion of Chazal that established all the foundations based on the Oral Law.

I love the way you do your lox, but I love lots of flavor and heat, the Jamaican in me, I have chives and scallion in my yard out of control, i chop them very tiny with coriander, crushed pepper corns, some crushed and toasted Indian spices, super hot red pepper flakes, gotchugaru the Japanese calls it, also red onions chopped tiny, garlic chopped tiny and shallots chopped tiny, mixed them in with my brown sugar and sea salt yes yes with my grey goose vodka 10 lbs of salmon mixed together really well then, I slit my salmon skin then I cover my salmon with all this hot mess, turn every 12 hrs, I like the 4 days cure, but because I am a Jamaican I have to overly season it, unfortunately I ate 2 thin slices, my children and sister,and nieces and nephews were born in Nj, they gobbled up almost 10 lbs of lox in 2 days

Why did they hide the result. Eggs do not look like free range. Typical American factory farmed egg with a pale yolk.
