I have to use an API product to do water changes in my fish tank because tap water is dangerous for them. They literally live in water…that should be enough for us to know that we shouldn’t be drinking it without taking at least a few more steps! I also live in New England, our water is above and beyond. So wherever you are…do your due diligence!

Depend on where u live, in Singapore tap water often better than filtered, since many filtered contains more bacteria (good and bad ones) and adds none of benefit since the water itself is already very good.

Tap water is such a terrifying subject. Everyone should take note that you SHOULD NOT be drinking alkaline water regularly. It’s not good for you, and especially those with issues creating HCL will be even more negatively impacted since your body will have a much harder time making enough new hydrochloric acid to correct itself (by bringing the stomach pH back down to an efficient operating level).
