Got to reach out to a sales center. Prices may swing across markets because of delivery and set up differences. Also swings on customer customization. I stay clear of pricing and stick to showing the product and try to point you in the right direction if you are interested in buying.

I like this home however at minute 4:37 in the master shower I’m baffled as to what the random wood on the shower wall is. I’m assuming that it’s a fold up shelf maybe??? It also may be a higher bench. Lol. So I’m guessing that it’s a shelf that folds up to hold your shower products while you’re showering. I’m also hoping I’m not the only one curious about this. But it’s a beautiful home. And I thank you for the tour.

Great floorplan and colors, love the kitchen/dinette and masterbath. I would want carpeted bedrooms and a full size opening window in the guest bath and laundry room. Beautiful home, thanks for the tour Fred!

My wife and I are probably about to order one once our house sells. They have a option to expand the master bath for a garden tub and you still keep the tile shower

How can I find pricing for Winston farm luxe series manufactured homes. The ravenwood is great too. We almost bought the helicon 2.0 in 2020. I can only imagine how much more the price has went up

Why ×would you have a second living area and no exterior door, and dual sinks in the bathrooms which is too close together, to have space to even brush your teeth or do your hair. You might as well have one sick and extra space for doing hair and makeup

This one is perfect! Love that the utility room is next to the Master, so the washer/dryer is close by. Love all the natural light throughout the home. The kitchen is amazing! Nifty, open, entry with incorporating the Dining Room, and all that bright outdoor light. Where do I sign!

Wow this is very nice, it just needs an attached 2-car garage :) Oh the Anticipation waiting for the Premiere :) OMG I love it, look at the Beautiful Aesthetics, Love the Porch, the kitchen color and ergonomics done so beautifully and functioning (gas range A+++) I would love to add a sectional sliding bar door to break up the entry point of the great room and Foyer. Enough space to build a Mud Room :) This such a great Starer/Forever home ( I love this) :) OMG I love your tours so to the point and smooth transitions :) Excellent
