Lack of hunger comes from high protein foods. You body produces more of the enzyme that turns hunger off the more protein you eat. Burning of keytones can cause muscle atrophy, so that could be your non fat weight loss. 72hrs before a meet when im trying to make weight, I get right on the edge of ketosis (mainly because carbs hold water) but if I did any longer, I would lose strength. Ya I know just hard to eat enough on this to not lose weight. People that say they’ve tried this and it didn’t work I think are lying… everyone that I work with has loses weight no matter how much they eat.

That maybe true. But if you’ve looked into my videos at all you know I’m a diabetic. All most completely off of insulin. Blood work is almost perfect. Weights down, sleeps so much better. Mental sharpness is at an all time high. Don’t know what else to say. Even my Dr is stoked at what’s going on.
