I mean even a welter weight has a better chance of defeating a super heavyweight by focusing on leg kicks for example, then a team of normal sized people against a team of 2 meter plus. Individually short players can outplay tall player 1 on 1 but if it’s a whole team they can’t intercept any passes and have to expend much more energy to guard the hoop. Why do we have weight classes in fighting but no height classes in basketball?

STAT FACTS: CC has more reb, assists, steals, blocks, ft % 3pt fg%.....than Taurasi, Ionusciu and Plum. Plum pts 18 per game, ionusciu 17 and Taurasi Clarke 16. We can claim she's not one of the best 12.....but stats support she is. I bet u as we get closer to the Olympics CC stats will even surpass in pts......then we will all be talking about how bad of this decision was not just on marketing side but also on the top "12" players side
