Very down to earth and full of knowledge channel. I'd say it's the central hub for all things creature/monster. Thank you for the hard work!

Robins and a few other birds do actually have fleshy folds around the ends of the beaks, lips in a way. I've raised many a robin and mourning dove. I did enjoy this video.

You should combine a rhinoceros beetle, a flamingo and an axolotl, or a praying mantis, a crab, and a giraffe

I am still trying to find my style. I found this channel earlier this week and I'm stoked because you actually explain what you're doing, how you do it, and just go with it. I'm still drawing things that others have already done but im trying to modify them by taking away or adding things. Not sure if its going to work all that well but I'm struggling and just want to draw something im happy with

I’ve been drawing something with you along this vid slightly inspired by you and I’m going to post it on my instagram when I have finished because of how happy I am with how it’s going

Hello, I saw a lot of really cool leg detailing on the Ecor 117 creatures in your sketchbook tour video, so can you please see if you can make a video on that. I just thought that it made them look really spindly and weird and alien.

I honestly don't think about Art Style at all from reference its in the style of the reference when from imagination I usually do whatever looks good sometimes I do comic book style for fun a lot of time I get better by changing subject after a week or month when practicing and drawing a more wide variety of things and get better at the last subject

Sketchbooks are our diaries... No wonder I can't keep one up then! :) Very good tips. I hope it's just the kick start I need to just draw, without worrying about it looking good from the start.

Just doodle. Remember, it's for you and nobody else.

I do remember Contra and the spread gun. Many hours of my life as a kid, and the subsequent Nintendo thumb. This is a great video. Not many people go into advanced techniques or even define what they are. That gorgeous Fibonacci sequence of feathers on the head of the big bird! I really like how you transitioned the fur and feathers of the smaller bird as well. I also like how you added more surface detail to the midtones of the beak. I've seen Craig Mullins do that.
