I currently have the 17th edition not the 11th. So when I make a new project, the first line always shows as the error "Must declare a named package". What should I do it prevents me from running any code!

But I was told to Install Xcode from apple store and first learn Swift not C++ and then after Swift then go on to C++ what is You view on this Sir can or shall I still use Eclipse and do I still GCC installed learning Swift Programming?
