I just went through education for cutting rail and this right here is impressive as hell. Its hard to see from the flame lines if they are bending in the bottom of the head and foot/midsection connection if so the cut might be a bit too fast. Id hate to grind it to the 0.3mm tolerance. But still just getting the piece to drop freehand is hella impressive, well done.

Code MC claims that the MC22(L) motorcycle only revs to 14,500RPM & has 32 hp at the wheel in a message sent to me a few weeks ago . Why then do they get up to 192km/h with me on board at 77kg bodyweight plus clothing & boots / helmet ? Electronic test equipment tells a different story , that the rev limit is 17k & 39hp dynamometer outcome at the wheel ? A few L versions were silver blue due to a small number of left over fairing sets from a batch for the K series . The mounting centres are the same . I have an FZR250 3LN1 & it gave me a better standing 1/4 mile time than the Honda same day at Eastern Creek.

What the hell are you doing you start from the top. 💥🧑‍🏭 Gravity like melted lava. I was using a Vector 2000 torch.

When you cut the rail in CWT you are starting from the bottom , if you will start from the head the foot will snap if under tension (may go on the angle ,head won’t)

400 oxy, 150 propane...What I remember... used BOC equipment. With Railtech 300 and 50Kpa... Usually you can go by the look of the flame...

I have never had to cut a rail track. Mostly 516 plate, triple three, 106 and 36 WF. Like to try it one day. Good cut. However, you want to see some insane flame burning, check out the crazy shipbreakers in places like Turkey and Pakistan. Yikes, everyday is a lottery with life when it comes to them guys. Scary stuff.

Was on one job, working on a curved bit of track, someone removed the side arms before they should have done. The rail jumped out of the chairs, it was a nightmare getting the rail back. Involving couple of duff jacks and a bit of rail. No one owned up!
