If you want to hit the triceps harder you should keep your shoulders and elbows in relatively the same place as you do your pull-down. Also it’s a good practice to not lockout but to hold it at 95% to get the best burn.Good job!

I love using oat BRAN for savory mixes. The texture reminds me of grits or polenta. Plus it has a bit more fiber and protien than oat meal. Inositol has made a huge difference for my PCOS.
