You know people can tear into it all day long but I really appreciate the ingenuity because I can 100% say Id rather die trying in this then just slowly waiting for the inevitable. If theres other options, great..but with worldwide tragedies of this sort...we dont seem any closer than we were 20+years ago. Props to the creators. ❤

Flash pines. They don't cut down forests. Massive tree farms that grow pine trees that grow rapidly. They cut down the fast-growing trees on the farms and turn them into paper. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a goddamned LIAR. Drive down to north Florida and you'll see (and smell) it for yourself.

What type of chemicals are used, & types of acids and bleaching compounds? Are the acids mixed in with the pulp? Are there any glues used to hold the pulp together to form the paper? This process shown is for the casual observer. I want to get the whole recipe.

Well, some of this is correct. Extremely oversimplified. And, you generally don’t make pulp from acid.

Do peaople eat that many pretzels? I am not against the technology, although hopefully it's modular enough to pair it with other shaping ewuipment. Otherwise a handful of it would be enough to provide the globe with twisted goods.

This is a completely false title. You describe a bunch of crap that's done to the wood, then say "This machine drains the water from the mixture", and on the next fucking slide there are magical rolls of fully formed paper transiting a system of rollers. You might as well make the entire video a 3 second slide that says "Pure f*&#ing magic" and be done with it.

Great idea. But cost. Is everyone going to have one? What about expiration date? Will hundreds be able to use it? All at once? Or simultaneously? What about old buildings with external escape stairs? Will it get hung? Or hot metal melting the fabric? I like the idea of facing inward and upward. to make it less scary to jump.

All the dang math involved in the machine engineering process though. They had to forge and make all those parts, EXACT and just right, in the first place, and then put it together. Again, all mathematically thought out and such.

45-60 seconds to inflate? This is WAY TOO SLOW for deployment. There's a huge fire underneath you. I'd be surprised if this parachute didn't catch fire during this time, making it useless.
