That's horrible hopefully your in a better place now and stay that way. I suffer from Generalized anxiety disorder. Since moving from my parents I was doing fine and landed in a couple of bad jobs and now I am riddled with fear and worrying all the time. I worry about letting others down. I worry about everyday things which other people won't worry about as much. I am still struggling I think if I am in negative environments I tend to flare up more. My wife's dad is very difficult at the moment I have full-time employment but I feel he looks down on me because I struggled in a job I worked with him in and his general attitude towards me isn't very nice. I feel worthless and I want to regain my confidence but anxiety is making this worse.

I really would like The Coaching for Confidence for Teens. My daughter is just outside the age range and missing school because of her anxiety. There’s a huge need for it - the teen years are so difficult.

It is a good one of a kind product for removing the root cause of your social anxiety without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy at last got excellent results with it.

Well have had anxiety all my life and ocd. Plenty of panic attacks. What works is running for me anyway. Has to be a good run though. No stigma with a mental illness only to the ignorant and uneducated. Peace.
