In a x32 rack, Will I be able to add 7 stereo IEM out using a s32 digital stage box? I mean can I use S32 box and use all 16 outputs ?

Yes, you can wire up 7 stereo IEM mixes without the S32 digital stage box 🙂 This is because you also have 8 Aux Out connections in TRS at the back (apart from the 8 XLR Outs). So you can use 14 of the outputs towards your IEM Transmitters which leaves your with XLR Outputs 7 & 8 (default) for your FOH L&R Outputs 🙂🙌🏼

how about not to talk when the other one is talking? How aboud a lavalier microphone and not using this not well camera microphone with realy bad audio? It would improve the possible to understand what you are talking about and there would be lots oft less room reverb. You are sound guys, so why should you do this? right, you were just lazy. Not even a good argument to hire you. No one wants lazy soundguys.

DPT looks great. I'm not in love with the pickguard shape but overall it's a killer looking modern style tele without going too modern.

I quite like the pickguard shape. Reminds me of that used on some Nik Huber models. But apart from that and the slight arm contour it looks like any other Tele.
