TA means Travel Allowance, DA means Dearness Allowance, HRA means House Rent Allowance and PF means Provident Fund. These are part of an Employee Salary which is applicable in India. Every country has different rules and policies, so I am really not sure what rules and policies are applicable in your country regarding wages or salary of an employee.

The format is only for 1 month. For 12 months you will have to create 12 sheets and 1 sheet will be for Annual. I have created one more format in which you can do entries of 12 months in a single sheet. just check that video too

In this format Target date is not connected with anything. If you are asking in general then there are many ways to connect 2 or more sheets. For ex. = (Equal to ), All Lookups (Lookup, Vlookup, HLookup, XLookup), Sumif / Sumifs, Countif / Countifs, Filter etc.

There are many Attendance Sheet and Leave Tracker formats on my channel and all are different. Whenever someone asks for specific thing in the format or some idea pops up in my mind, to make the formats better than before, I create a new video
