Ayee the boss is coming together, if you need help with attack ideas or lore ideas, something that helped me was that. Whenever I made something it was always a metaphor for something. The Boss isn't just the boss but represents someone who had a homeland that was prosperous but people overtook it. It might not be the boss identity itself but it may represent an actual old man who lost his prosperous homeland.

What I'm interested is if their could be some type of world building. Civilization, an explanation for the monsters. - At the end of the game also the player could find this ice wall that has a gate that leads to civilization. Like imagine past Antarctica is this vast sea we have never seen. There's something about learning things that man couldn't believe, but to those who find the true knowledge of the world are blessed, but who will pursue once they have this knowledge?

I love the enthusiasm! Story is not a main focus so it will probably play out in lore that comes with items you can find. I do definitely want to put in a small secret storyline. Maybe you find some old map or log or something that leads eventually to a secret area/boss.

Never to early to add modifiers that change size of enemies. Either just for looks or actual hit boxes. Changing a size of an enemy is a good way to spruce up the replay ability.

This is my first introduction to the project, it looks like a lot of fun! I'll definitely be following along with the devlog, but I worry that this video was over-edited to an extent. Personally I don't mind, as everything you had to say was very interesting but I imagine that the frequent cutaways are distracting and will turn people away from getting "hooked"
