No. Thats Wrong . Purusha is Pure consciousness/Awareness Only , energy ,Matter, mind and everything else is prakriti. however Purusha is always present as Awareness Behind everything

Warning: This man does not know what he is talking about. In fact he is not talking about anything. He obviously doesn't know anything about Tapas.

Yes but it’s more that each individual is its own purusha or higher self. It’s not the same as Vedanta. There is multiplicity in Samkhya

I remember when I took a vow of silence in San Francisco. It was challenging bc I put myself out in the public. I was allowed to write words, I just didn't allow myself to speak words. It turned into an unintentional social experiment of noticing how people's energy shifts around you, when your presence becomes more quiet.

It's been Ground Hog Day for me for the past 4 years. It's wild, bc once upon a time in my 20's (pre-pandemic) I used to meditate for a half an hour every day, do asanas, daily walks, ate very clean & healthy, went to bed early, drank a lot of water... Idk what happened other than I unfortunately fed into the fear mongering of the media during the pandemic & started doing the opposite of everything I had worked so hard to make a habit. I am doing my best to break the cycle of waking up late.

I have never ever heard the sound So Hum while breathing 9:03, are you serious? My breathing telling me what my essential nature is? In a foreign language? I do not see any need for a (powerful?) mantra or attention to breathing to realize that consciousness is all there is and therefore it must be our essential nature. As in any dream. I am quite amazed you do.

What should I do if I'm stuck at question 4? The worst case scenario has happened and could realistically happen again? Thanks again for the great videos, namaste.

I dont understand ehy you never dod videos on other mantras as well. Not only because you explain everything well, but you are a rare person who properly utters a mantra and thanks to you and your guidance I healed myself once. So please if you come back to you tube can you teach us about other mantras, too?
