So this would be 2 exercises targeting the same muscle, but from different angles. So that would be 2 sets for the shoulders?

I sought this movement out because I'm having shoulder issues. It makes sense what you're saying. Also feels like you're getting the best of both worlds that you would get from a fly and a press. I remember using some seated chest machines that had neutral grip too.

Yeah, I'd look pretty good too if I were 22 and not 62 - LOL! But seriously, I discovered Jym Supplements in 2015 and they've they've been my go-to Pre, Post and ZMA supplements ever since - others found the trash can. Dr. Jim, retaining muscle, and not feeding love handles, is getting more difficult after 60 and I've stared supplementing with HMB, DHEA, Velocitol (Amylopectin + Chromium), and Ursolic Acid. So far I've noticed more energy in the gym, but long-term effectiveness is have to be determined in the coming months. 1) What are you thoughts on these supplements? AND 2) can you made some updates videos on diet & nutrition (and supplement) concerns for the 55+ crowd? As hard as I try, the old techniques of maintaining muscle and getting lean aren't as effective these days. Cheers!

I don't leave comments on products very often. I got this pre yesterday and I struggle with emotional regulation and when I tell you I've felt HAPPY all morning after only one try. Took it on the treadmill and suddenly felt like sprinting so I DID and it felt great and I hate running LOL. Will update after more use!

Hate doing deadlift eith smith machine because the locking mechanism keeps stopping the movement and if you swith to other side the bar is moving away from the body

I was using jym pre-work but it got to expensive for me in canada. Now with his pro pre work out which cost more Icant even try. I found another brand unfortunately as I really like his stuff. Jym i showed a picture to a friend a d said i wa t that body. He is a personal trainer and use to compete professionally in bodybuilding. He said sure what steroid do you want. Many comments here think yiur using sonething to get your body. Can you help us guys over 40 work to wards what you so to get your body type?

Question: My gym (Planet Fitness) has a Smith Machine that allows me to set the bar much lower than that; I pretty much take the safeties out of the way. I'm assuming that height is better for the bar to start, because it's midway up my shins. Is that correct? Thanks in advance!

I've been doing JS Daily Grind. Full body workouts for that genetic activation, 2 hours, high volume to low volume. Still get that heavy lifting element, balanced with the huge bulbous pumped up high volume workouts. I think it's JS best program. Been on it for almost a year, it's a "5-week program" but I have always been able to progress with this. Mad shredded and gained 15 lbs, 26 yo and finally got to 135lbs from a 118lb pencil.

That 40 percent number is mentioned a lot. But those who talk about it refuse to state which companies were producing these drugs. That makes a huge difference.
