That olive oil cake is so good. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, the ricotta was so smooth and the oranges added another layer of flavour. Now I am on the mission to find a recipe to recreate that wonderful dessert. I want to come back to Vancouver just to eat that cake again 😊

I'm a hongkonger, my first try was like age of 10th, I HATE IT SO MUCH, but iam a weird guy, I took 2nd try after, hate it, 3rd try after hate it, but not that bad, 4th try, well not bad, up to like 7 or 8th try, I start loving it, until now I'm 45.... I LOVE IT SO MUCH ! Most people won't do 2nd try after...... they staying at hate side.forever..

That’s a great idea! The original recipe coated the pudding with coconut shreds but I didn’t have any. I want to try it with diff flavours next time :) It also tastes yummy just as-is too
