The reason why Venti said he's the weakest is because he thinks Archons got their power from Authority, when in reality it was faith. He literally gained power from faith when he was just a spirit, seems like he forgot. Venti doesn't know how strong he is because he hasn't used his full strength in a long time. Since he never used his power to the fullest everyday, he never realized he's getting stronger or not.
