Hello @user-py2lu3yr2d Could you please confirm what your device is (brand and model) ? Could you also try to dial the free shortcut *#06# : if you have an EID number, then your device is eSIM compatible. You will then have to check if your device is unlocked by your mobile carrier

Hello You can still let your original SIM card on, just do not select it as the source of data connectivity (which would lead to roaming charges) If you do so, you can still receive sms or phone calls in case of emergencies (taking the call or sending sms would also lead to extra charges). We would suggest to use WhatsApp 😊

On the Ubigi site, from desktop, I tried to get the eSim for my Samsung Galaxy s23 FE phone, which accepts eSIM plans (has the option in Settings). However, it is not listed on the site among the "compatible devices", therefore it doesn't allow me to install the Ubigi eSim on my device... Is there any other way to install it, please? In that case, if you want to purchase from our website, you can pick the closest type of device (eg: Samsung Galaxy S23 or Galaxy S22) The question is to make that people checked if their device is eSIM compatible before buying. If you were buying through the app directly, we can detect and block the devices that are not compatible (to avoid people buying our service for nothing).
