Lol, I think this is the first time one of my comments has ever been referenced in a video. Neat! I'll defer to the original author then, next batch I make will be with the browning sauce, we'll see how it compares. Another thing I've been wondering is if the original soda bought out to make Nuka-Cherry, Merle's Very Cherry Soda, was based on Cheerwine? We know that most of the soft drinks in Fallout are based on real brands; Nuka-Cola=Coca-Cola, Sunset Sarsaparilla=Sioux City Sarsaparilla, Vim!=Moxie!, etc. Cheerwine is a (delicious!) cherry soda made in South Carolina, and widely available in the Southern Unites States, and a popular use for it is to mix it with Coca-Cola, so it wouldn't surprise me if that was the case.

Personally, I couldn't find full Anise stars until a few years after I first made the Nuka-Cola. Instead, I would use Anise Seeds in a similar amount. I find them to have a lighter flavor than the full star.

If John Fallout can down eight two hundred year old nuka quantums, then you can finish one decade old one.

Frozen cherries, or any fruit, would actually be better than fresh. Frozen fruit is usually harvested and frozen very quickly which keeps in it's flavor and nutrients. With fresh cherries they could have spent weeks in transit, storage and sitting out which would mean less flavor and lower nutrients. EDIT: On a side note you should combine the cherry and vanilla syrups. I bet that would be really good.

Love this! I also love long pepper. I recently got some to add to a no-water cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant mead. The fruitiness of the peppwr is so great!

King Cobra JFS’s meads are better

I thought this might be based on the dragon's breath mead recipe by City Steading Brews which is built around berries and jalepeño's, though I don't think their's is inspired by Skyrim, but this is very interesting too. They have a lot of very good videos about brewing mead and other things. I wonder if you could improve your recipe further with their insights. Technique-wise they tend to go with making brews go dry then later backsweetening as opposed to aiming for some residual sweetness. I could see that working out well with a recipe like this too.
