I've capped it off, fine, but water seems to be coming out from around the outside of the pipe still. Is the seal broken on the other side inside the hottub? Can I put silicone around it?

The stopper caps are only intended to reduced the water flow and won't prevent it all together. Please do do not use any silicone sealant in your Lay-Z-Spa.

This is a suboptimal way to pack away your Spa! The large pipe leaks water everywhere! Your instructions need a rethink!

Shame you don’t tell people how poor some of the products are! First Maldives was replaced as the pump was faulty and the liner was leaking, the lid was splitting and the straps also splitting, the liner was also leaking it took significant effort to get it replaced! When it was replaced you refused to replace the lid and hydrojet lights… when the replacement came the pump was brand new yet soon devolved cracks as the factory must of tightened the bolts too much so the stress points burst and cracked. The new liner was always poor with the stitching and the inflatable beds was bubbling they still are lots of tiny little ripples… tried to claim under warranty and if you check trust pilot you will see many have also tried this warranty claim yet lay a spa Bestway make warranty claims incredibly difficult with picture this picture that even cut the old cable or liner up! Anyways the second warranty claim was refused WHILST STILL UDBER WARRANTY!!! illegal to upheld any warranty claim without proof it’s up to the manufacturer to prove the items are not defective! Layzspa goods are really good when working yet they also seem very poorly made so easily fail or are rushed out the factories So I have a 3 year old Maldives that was replaced and has been inherently faulty since day 1 yet layzspa refused to replace under warranty I will continue to negative review as this is not slander it is a true genuine honest review of the products and the more comments removed the more it makes me publish elsewhere £1300 for a faulty product and shocking customer services!

Got a Palm Springs hydrojet new filter installed everything cleaned, jets working then E02 coming up and when heater button pushed it cuts out any idea what’s wrong?

Both models on this you have two different models? When it says “test” button you press a button on the pump. Mine doesn’t have that. And at the end the model you show doesn’t have the test button? Any ideas

Hi Darren, that's a very good point. Scale could eventually lead to an E02 error if parts break off and get clogged somewhere and the build-up is extreme. Hard and even medium water areas are most prone to scale and this should be managed on a regular basis to avoid any build-up. www.lay-z-spa.co.uk/how-to-descale-a-lay-z-spa

Hi Liz, yes hot tubs need a filter to help remove dirt and particles from the water. All our hot tubs come with a filter which can be rinsed and reused, and replacements are available.

Hi, The clarifier binds together small particles which then get trapped in the filter and stops them circulating around the water - hope that helps!

I cant lower the temp below 20°c so I can turn off the spa, and it will automatically turn on the anti freeze option? How do you activate this function?

If you want to leave your Lay-Z-Spa out, not heated, and allow FreezeShield to protect it: - Turn off the heating function. Temperature set will the be irrelevant. - Leave the power on, and preferably the filter to keep circulating and filtering water. - If temperatures outside drop below 6C, FreezeShield will then automatically activate.

I have just purchased this model in Australia but it didn’t come with the mat. The St Moritz model had one. Very happy with the bigger size of the Mauritius and my sister is now enjoying the St Moritz.

Great spa. Except for a their lack of forethought in adding air to the system. You have to completely remove the pump from the spa to put air in…huge inconvenience.

And what is the pump gives an e05 warning after the warranty of just two yrs and your pump basically is dead. Than bestway tells you sorry we can’t help. Bye. Don’t buy this. When something goes wrong after warranty there’s almost no replacements of parts. It only lasted two years. Water in the air room, pump failures etc. Buy a real jacuzzi instead.

Indeed, it's quite definitive, but unfortunately, I can't provide compensation or any form of relief. The factory warranty period has already expired several months ago, and we can no longer intervene. If an item is defective out of warranty, you can replace it by purchasing a new one, or a second-hand one. All sales occur through independent points of sale, we ourselves have no commercial purpose and cannot sell you articles, nor offer a discount at a dealer. There is also no repair service from Bestway that can intervene after the warranty. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do for you in this matter. “ So in other words. Good luck buyer and bye bye. No pump to be found for this jacuzzi anywhere. 1500 euros down the jacuzzi drain.

@@Lay-Z-Spa-UK yeah. Crazy. Because I’m willing to pay for it even but can’t seem to find any company that can service this here. I’ve checked your website and it’s better than ours here. I find it hard to find the reset options for the E05 error for the Hydrojet Pro. Or even a more technical manual on repairing the thermostat if that is indeed the problem. I also can’t find any sites that only deliver the pumps as replacement. Can you maybe point me in the right direction
