Wow Wow Wow!!! Platel was so great, how could any be better? Maybe equal. But Guillem was decidedly better! More accomplished technique, including exquisite epaulement. Beyond subjectivity (or english reserve) better.

could someone tell me why most videos of Guillem are videos when she was very young before her thirties , j known that the two videos here are at 1985 so she would be 20 then ? J don't understand an explanation . It's a fact it's sure that there are a lot less videos on Y T after thirties . Will have j an answer ? J hope

Ottima la regia ideativa del coordinamento del collettivo danzante che esprime in fluente ed aggraziata motilità in toto l'esprit de joie della danza e la sua armonia. Ottimo impadronimento direi imperativo del proscenio da parte del ballerino a sforbiciate aeree e traverse spettacolari. Ottima la riconduzione dei passi all'euritmia melodica da parte di entrambi come se avessero immiato il tema musicale. Superlativi tutti gli agenti in proscenio.Bighin Giulio Renzo. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I think Platel is brilliant here - her sharp and confident technique really suits the variation. Guillemot, while talented and beautiful, doesn’t do it justice.

Quelle difference en termes d'élégance, de souplesse, de légereté,de style entre les deux, qui n'est pas au bénefice d'Elisabeth Platel . Seule Sylvie reste comparable aux grandes danseuses russes actuelles comme la grande svetlana Zakharova dont chaque mouvement est un hommage au créateur
