@HannahSantosMusic, hello, Bean/Chili setting is basically a pre-programmed setting of high pressure for 30 minutes. You can manually set to high pressure and set to 40 minutes. (or more or less depending on the amount you cook). Hope you are able to work it out.

You’re missing the point of sous vide. The meat will never go over the temperature you set the water bath to. Set it to 131, and let it go. At 4 hours it will be tender and perfectly cooked. Sear it and enjoy.

That looks delicious. But, I dunno, I think you could have moved slower. You turned a 2 minute video into 4.5 minutes, but with some work I'm pretty sure you could stretch it out to 6, 7 or even 8 minutes! 🤣

Fun fact. Froth your milk before you pull your shot. Put a little frothed milk in your cup and THEN pull your shot. Doing it this way It saves the flavor in the shot and your shot does not become dead. Once shot has completed then pour the remainder of the milk in. It tastes a heck of a lot better!

This machine is GARBAGE. I own one, and it constantly requires cleaning. It hardly ever stays connected to the app, which is required for cleaning. It is NOISY. Once in a while, pressing the button does nothing. The manual is CRAP. Stay away from this piece of crap.

the recipe says one cup milk but in the video it looks like you did 2 cups milk so would that be 2 cups of heavy cream also?

If doneness is 141, why is the water bath at 129? I did this at 131 for 2 hours and it was tough and chewy.

try 24-26 hours next time...I did it and it was so tender it maintained even after I "seared" it in an airfryer and warmed up the leftover chunks and I cooked mine at 133
